ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced its new QLS 401 Lubrication System for multipurpose grease up to NLGI #2. Designed for use in industrial and mobile applications, the versatile system can supply up to 18 lubrication points and includes all necessary components for monitoring and control functions.
The compact QLS 401has a one-liter reservoir featuring a stirring paddle that prevents grease separation and reduces bleeding of grease. Its durable construction is shock- and vibration-proof, and the reliable QLS 401 operates in severe conditions, including temperatures ranging from -10 to +158 degrees Fahrenheit (-25 to +70 degrees Celsius) and under water spray from all directions.
The integrated circuit board optimally controls the pause time and pump cycles to ensure a regular supply of lubricant. Settings and messages are shown on the QLS 401's built-in LED display. The unit is available in a "key lock" version that secures the programming function to prevent unauthorized changes.
The ready-to-install QLS 401 features a built-in pressure-relief valve with an internal return to the reservoir and attached divider block. The unit is available in 12 or 24 VDC, as well as 120 or 230 VAC to suit a range of applications.
